About me..
Hello everyone, I am so glad you made it to this part of my website. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I have been a resident of Middle Tennessee since 2016, wow, I cannot believe it has already been 10 years! This city has given me the best years of my life. I met my wife here, had two wonderful children, and we finally found our forever home all within the past few years. I feel very grateful to be in the position where I can start a business of my own.
From as far back as I can remember, I have been a fanatic about tech. I grew up playing video games on my dad’s windows 95 desktop computer. From that point on, I have probably owned almost every major consumer electronic that has come out in the past 30 years. Some people like to sit in their garage and tinker with tools and learn all about how their household appliances work inside and out.
Me?
I like to tinker with electronics. This is all started out as a hobby for me, learning as I went and familiarizing myself with computer software and hardware. I have made major modifications to computer software and hardware; I have sourced parts and built desktop, laptops, and video game consoles from scratch. Now I find myself at 32 year old, as a father of 2, saving money for my kids’ college tuition and hoping I can share some of my tech savvy with the community we chose to build our lives in.
The truth about technology is that it is ever changing, which makes it very hard to keep up with and know how to troubleshoot. Also, most big name tech support options lack a certain human element and do not communicate effectively, which adds to the confusion.
My mission is to help my customers with real, honest, easy-to-understand tech support that is affordable and local. I am excited to meet each and every one of you. I look forward to fixing your tech issues and helping you learn in the process.
